A Special Place
A Special Place
Twenty-one months ago was a very challenging time for myself and my family. I had just lost my job after 18 years. The first day after my lay-off I woke up with excruciating pain in my tooth, and was encouraged by a friend to contact her dentist, Dr Nuttall. Their first response was kind, caring, and very welcoming. They worked me into their schedule immediately. Identifying right away that I had some serious dental concerns, however understanding our family’s financial challenges, they were extremely compassionate. I had neglected my teeth for many years, however, at no time did Dr Nuttall or his staff talk down to me. Dr Nuttall put me in a place where my fear was reduced and my trust returned in a dentist. In today’s world it is unfortunate that he is one of a kind in so many ways, one way that comes to mind is calling in the evening after dental work to check on his patients. This is a priority to him, and he is remarkable. In 2003, I was eligible for dental coverage, which meant that I was not able to see Dr Nuttall and his staff, and I was distraught. In 2004 I fought for coverage that would enable me to return to Dr Nuttall’s office. Today I return with my family to a dentist who along with his staff holds a high degree of talent and integrity, and a dental practice that others should strive to emulate. Dr Nuttall and his staff are a tribute to excellence in dentistry.
Sincerely, Tina
